ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! that is me, knowing that i've been a horrible person this weekend when it comes to homework. i have a paper, 3 journals, and a test this week. and then like 7 tests next week. and i've been so unproductive. tonight, i really want to get started on that paper, cuz it's a huge one.


i'm thinking/praying about going on another campus crusade trip over spring break. i want to go back to pass christian with all my heart, and i'm pretty sure a trip is being offered over malone's spring break. i've been semi-planning on going anyway, and this would be good, because it's only $150, and i wouldn't have to provide my own transportation or anything like that.
friends, pray about it. i would REALLY like someone to go too, because it would be sad to go on my own. PLEASE pray about it. it was a life-changing experience, and i really want to share it with someone.


i'm going to see pride and prejudice w/pete's kelli [aka my kelli] at 3:25. i'm pretty excited. :) she says it's really good.


i watched bruce almighty today, it had been awhile. it was funny.
faith and i watched the boys next door last night. it was a really good movie. i'm thinking that might be something that i could do for the rest of my life [work with the disabled]. i don't know... but this is the second time in like a week that something's come up that's made me think seriously about it. so yeah...
and then we watched part of 'growing up walrus' on animal planet. and i fell in love. that walrus was seriously the cutest thing ever. he was all cuddly, and just awwwww. :)

ok now i should put shoes on and think about going outside in the coldness and drive to the strip and meet kelli.
i drank coffee like an hour ago. what was i THINKING? because now i'm going to have to pee in the middle of the movie, and we all know i refuse to leave movies while they're playing! all well, i have BLADDER OF STEEL!!!!

i'm pretty sure that Rent has taken over half of the campus of Malone. it's kinda weird. hardly anyone knew what it was before the movie came out, and now it's everyone's favorite.
i like the broadway soundtrack better than the movie one, although it's still amaaaazingly good.


i should work on my paper more now. it's half done.

does anyone else ever think about the fact that in about a year and a half, our life starts? i know that for some it already has, but not really for me. i'm 20, but i still live with my parents when i'm not at school. i'm guaranteed a roof over my head and food to eat. in a year and a half, however, all that changes. i'll have to start providing these things for myself. i'll have to get a real job, and put into practice the things that i'm learning now.
to be honest, the thought scares me to death.
i wouldn't mind going back to elementary school and starting over again...

i like my roommates. they're both cool. and soon we get another one! i can't wait to see jennnnnny!!!

i like christmas music. it makes me happy.

last night at home. it's been a very unproductive break. i didn't work on my paper at all, but it's not due till wednesday. i can't access jstor.org from home, so that made it hard. so i just gave up.

i just learned how to cable knit. it looks fun. i tried to figure out a crochet pattern, but it made me want to shoot myself and ended with my mom and i almost yelling at each other, so i quit before that happened.

i watched a good amount of stargate today. as in, 5 episodes from season 2. i was home alone most of the day, so i had nothing else to do. it was nice.

i think i'm gonna head back to malone soon after church tomorrow. maybe i can get back before everyone else and work on my paper.

i think i'm too lazy to look through the christmas stuff for light bulbs for the candle in our window. i would have to practically unpack all of it, and that's just not worth it. hopefully i can just buy some more.

thanksgiving was good. we watched the parade, the dog show, ate, played games [clue and uno, haha]. and watched stargate, of course. and tim and i played lotr trivial pursuit. i was SO freaking close to beating him for the first time EVER. i was one away!! but i lost. :(

today tim and i cleaned the refrigerator. haha. and played 'trivial pursuit for juniors'. it's from early 1990s, i think. it was funny. i've been listening to christmas music all day. 92.9 is the best christmas station ever. too bad it's a pittsburgh station and i can't get it at malone. :(
i called jenny [home jenny, just to clarify, lol] earlier, but she wasn't home. so i'm hanging out at home. i played roller coaster tycoon, haha. and i'm doing my laundry.

oh, and i started a puzzle on wednesday night, i'm almost done with it already... i'm such a nerd

i started re-reading little women last night. i only made it through the first chapter before i was too tired to read anymore. but it made me happy. i think i'm going to bring it back to school, but i'm really afraid of it falling apart. this is my second copy of it in my 20 years, and it's getting pretty ragged. poor little book. i love it so...


i think i'm gonna go see if i can convince tim to watch a movie instead of stargate [cuz i'm like a season behind the rest of my family] so i can puzzle/knit. and mom's gonna teach me the cable stitch later, so i can make awesome stuff!! :)

then brit and i went to barnes and noble for a bit so she could buy a book. and thennn we went to see kenzie at work [dutch house], but she was really busy.

i came back home and did nothing, cuz the only "cooking" things i had to do today were making fruit jello and making the filling for the pumpkin pie.

tim and i watched charlie brown thanksgiving tonight. we have it on tape from forever ago. then we watched the last halloween, since i had no one to watch it with on halloween. and then the kenny chesney special on abc, hahahahaaha. :) then i started on cassie's scarf. and tim took a bunch of quizzes online and read them outloud to me. just so you know, if he was a random item, he would be a tampon. HAHA.

then i decided we were going to go out and make a snowman. so i bundled up in a bunch of random layers [like my dads coat, an old man's little wool scarf on my head, pj pants, my mom's boots... lol] and we went outside. the snow is like 2 inches deep, and it packs, but it doesn't really stay together very well. so we made a little snowman in our neighbor rudy's yard, and a little bit of a bigger one in our yard. after adding the hair [a pine branch stuck in the top], nose [some kinda nut thing that was big?] and the eyes [buckeyes], we decided that if the movie Saw had a snowman, our snowman would be it. it's like a cross between a dog and a human and something else...

this weekend was good. it consisted of:
friday: staying up till 4 w/my roomie and hanging out/working on my paper
saturday: worked on paper, picked up tim, hung out, went to blast!, watched saw w/roomie and tim
sunday: took tim to church, watched anchorman, met our parents and they surprised me w/jordan and taylor, ate at cici's, came back here, worked on my paper, hung out w/roomie and evan, worked on my paper

yay!

tonight i went to walmart w/alicia and roomie. it was a good time. i got a coloring book! :) and yarn for cassie's scarf, and a dvd for a dollar.

now i'm going to edit my paper some/make a works cited page

weekend was spent with my roomie, and my little brother. it was good. i liked it. :)

blast was amazing, of course.

ok i don't really want to update right now, i just thought i did. i'm going to keep paper-ing until i keel over and fall asleep.

tomorrow. it's just now hitting me. that tomorrow. tomorrow, tim and i are going to see this. this wonderful, amazingness that we call the Broadway show Blast! yes. can we say excitement?
i've seen it twice already [my senior year of high school and again my freshman year of college], but tim hasn't seen it yet, other than on the vhs of it that we have at home.

tonight was amazing. and much-needed. kyle, ken, michael and jeff came down from cleveland and hung out. we watched the video that the Case boys [k, k, and m] had made, went to Celebration, and then went to Applebee's. i wasn't hungry at all, and neither was marissa, but we ate an entire artichoke and spinach dip appetizer. [side note, she's really awesome. i'm glad i'm getting the chance to get to know her!] anyway. it was just really awesome to catch up with everyone, whether they were from case or csu or malone! yayyyyyy.

ok i want to finish this part of my paper [the indian child welfare act] before i sleep. so i'm offfffffffff

i'm having the best conversation ever with travis right now. he's teaching me about heather. it's great. i'll have to post it here when it's over.

i'm eck's boyfriend! haha

*edit* now he taught me about cassie. i'm just chock full of knowledge right now!

sometimes, i just hate living in this suite. it's not like i can't hear them talking out there, because i can.

on a better note... last night/earlier today i watched moulin rouge. it'd been a few months. i forgot how much i like that movie. i like it a lot.

i'm going to read about native americans. and then go to sleep. again on the floor, because i don't like the loft bed at all.

holy cow. andrea bocelli is my hero. i got one of his cds [andrea] from the library today. and it's giving me goosebumps! i love that. that's the sign of a good artist to me.

speaking of the library. i got out like 15 books. and 4 cds [spam-a-lot original cast recording, anna and the king soundtrack, last samurai soundtrack, and andrea]. and i saw mr. hershberger!

my gmail won't open. my computer is being weird. but that's not really anything new. but i have email that i want to read. maybe i'll go see if it works in the computer lab.... that sounds good.

this weekend was long. and weird. but good.
3 or 4 years ago i might not have seen that coming, but it did. and there's not really anything that can be done. it's over.

i don't really like sunday nights in my room. some are worse than others. tonight sounds like it's gonna be a calmer one.

i need to work on my role play a little bit more. then i'm going to get up in bed and watch a movie/crochet, and hopefully go to bed early. or at least by midnight.


i like simon and garfunkle. el. le. el. i can never figure that one out. and i never feel like looking it up.

now on to that homework/movie/sleeping thing.

i haven't had a full night's rest [8 hours or more] since before mississippi. that was 3 weeks ago.
i was going to fix that this weekend, but rochelle called me the other day and asked me to work at youth retreat. i can't turn down money, because i need it. i'm excited, but i know that this weekend will add to my exhaustion rather than make it better.

i'm not going to current issues in the morning. and i don't think i'm going to methods tomorrow afternoon. that's 2 hours that i could use to nap, which i haven't done since the day i got back from mississippi.

it's 3:30. i'm going to bed.


p.s. i saw carman tonight. :) he didn't sing satan, bite the dust, though. that made me a little sad..

tonight, i concluded that staying up this late at night is made a million times easier when one has someone to stay up with. especially if that includes candy!

i just left CH 2 computer lab after over 3 and a half hours spent in there with emily getting our policy take home done. after finishing it, i concluded that it wasn't even that bad, and that i could have had it done a longggg time ago if i had just left my computer, because it distracts me.

i'm going to bed. and not getting up till like 8:30. sleeping till the lastttt possible second.

tomorrow: class, shower, class, lunch, then leaving for ashland w/the rest of my policy class for some stupid workshop. we'll get back here around 7:30 or so. i have a research test on thursday that i need to study for, a carman concert thursday night, and journals to write/movie to watch for commons on friday. this has been a busy week, and it's gonna continue to be that way.

i wish i could have gone to the central game tonight. i'm going to xanga-hop now until i find out if they won or not...

i went to type an email, and couldn't even think of anyone to email.


there's no way to type an invisible post on blogspot. that might be it's one downfall.

that experience was weird and i didn't like it, and it changed my mind. i'm not doing that. i'm going to stay here and just hang out with like 3 people. and i'm not telling anyone else.

ummm just wanted to share that this weekend was amazing. i pretty much spent the weekend with brit, adrienne, or both. last night was the most hilarious time this semester. i haven't laughed that hard in... well... i don't know how long it's been. i don't even remember what time it was when we finally went to bed... haha.


i'm going to do homework now. while i watch 'rookie of the year' on abc family, and talk to sarah eades online. it's just studying for current issues, which isn't bad

i'm watching coach! i used to love this show. and next i'm going to watch mcgee and me. i love saturday morning tv!! :)

sometime soonish, mom and tim are coming. we're switching cars back. i hate my car, it doesn't work right. but i'm the only one who thinks so, apparently... so i get to continue to drive it without it being looked at by my mechanic, according to an executive decision made by my mom.


i should get dressed. and dry my hair somewhat. i should have told my mom to have tim come to my window so i know when they're here, since the dorm doors are still annoyingly locked...

anyway. on to that getting dressed thing...

i just had a great conversation with mary. i love that girl. i don't get to see her enough, compared to last year.

CMT is gone. i'm sad about that. a lot sad. :( but it was good while it lasted.


tonight, i'm going to paint some pottery with adrienne and maybe brit. yay! SAC seriously has amazing activities sometimes. such as making a $12 item for $5. and last year, i went to see phantom of the opera in cleveland for like $20.

that was a random rant.


i've been so tired lately. i don't know why. but i've been feeling tired for like 2 weeks now, pretty much.

so yeah... as reno pointed out, its been awhile since i posted...

last weekend i worked friday evening-sunday afternoon at camp, and it was amazing fun. it was really tiring, and i got up really early, and my feet were blistery from bad shoes, but it was still so much fun.
i had my first attempted set-up with a guy. if anyone is interested, i'll type out the whole story.
anyway, it was just AWESOME to spend a weekend at camp. the stars are so beautiful there...

goodness i waited too long and now i have to think...
monday... slept in during bio cuz i was tired from camp, and i don't remember much about the rest of the day. :(
tuesday... went shopping with heat[h]er, melissa, and linds. :) that was a good time!! :) had a stupid meeting thingy for social work during gilmore girls... *sniff* so i taped it! :)
wednesday... went to TESSA'S for dinner with CARYN, HAYLEY, and MEREDITH. the food was AMAZING and we were all bloated for a looooong time afterwards. but it was a really good time. i love those girls a lot. :)
because of that tho, i ended up breaking a promise to 2 of my goooodest friends. and i'm very sorry. :( i think they should give me another chance and not hate me because of it.
LP had a kegger that night, so i went a bit early with reno and we hung out with lyle in his room. that was fun. i have fun friends. :) even if they do make fun of me for being scared of LP... haha
thursday... hmmm... that was only a few days ago, but i'm not remembering... someone refresh my memory? oh wait i do remember... i went to b/s with delight, and it was so awesome. it felt so good to be back there after being gone for so long!!! i definitely want to get involved with kingdom house again. i can't go to b/s on mondays cuz of my field experience tho. :( afterwards no one wanted to go to starbucks, SADNESS, so i came back here. then joe said he hated starbucks, but he'd take me to muggswigz, so i went there with him and matt. that was fun. they're fun people. :) then reno came over here and we played games [aka dutch blitz] instead of watching the debate. :)
friday i visited people. it was a lot of fun. i went over and hung out with ess for awhile, which was super awesome, cuz i love her a lot. then i went up to brit's room and watched mean girls with her and cheeze [who was visiting for the weekend]. then we came back here and i taught them how to play dutch blitz. then i hung out with kim, jessie, and christmas [who stayed with us over the weekend, that was a good time :)]. i painted my nails. and christmas plucked my eyebrows. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that definitely hurt REALLY bad.
saturday i slept in till like 11:15. that was nice.

now i'm tired. i'll finish this tomorrow!

quick update for the rest of today so i don't have to try to remember it on sunday...

intro to swk was ok. i didn't pay attention much, cuz i realized right before that class that i had a quiz in ASL, so i was reading for that.
in ASL we just took our quizzes and left, which was amazing.
then i got an amazing chain letter in the mail. :)
then around 1 i went to sheetz for lunch with mike davis, reno, lyle, and jana. it was a good time. i bought davis' lunch, so i finally don't owe him sheetz anymore, lol.
then i just hung out around here.
i went to borders/got my prescription filled with heather and hawks, then came back here and packed.

now i'm off to camp!!! yay!!!!!!

i'm leaving around 6:15 or so to go work in the kitchen at camp for the ladies' retreat. :)

monday was a long time ago. i don't really remember it. oh my mom came for dinner that day! i had 2 boxes in here that i didn't have any room for at all, so she came out and got them and took them home. she also brought me my music camp dvd, so i was happy. :)

tuesday... hmmm.... not remembering anything special that happened on tuesday. well walking for health was a good time, as always. ;) my walking buddies make it a good time, anyway. oh!! and tuesday was jessie's birthday, so our whole suite [minus chrissy] went to cold stone for some ice cream. yum!! :) theeeeeeeeen..... THE SEASON PREMIERES OF GILMORE GIRLS AND ONE TREE HILL!!! i watched both. i was glued to the tv for 2 hours. it was amazing... :)

wednesday... ummm.... went to walmart, panera, and smoothie king with lydia, picked up some applications, then later that night jessie, kim, and i went to the 9:45 show of little black book at movies 4. i still can't decide if i liked it or not...

yesterday... i only had one class, and it was a test. we had our commons group discussion at 11:30, then heat[h]er and i called our field experience place, but the lady we needed to talk to wasn't there. so we called back around 3:30, and were informed that a person has to be at least 21 to work at safe landing.... she said she'd check and call us back. we called ken and told him, and then the lady never called us back.... it was nice.
last night davis [mike davis] and lyle came over for awhile. it was fun to hang out with davis, i've missed him. then we went over to reno's room and watched gi joe movies off of ebaums... haha. then my roomie came over, and reno broke out the ddr pad. heather took care of the down and left arrows, and i did the up and right arrows, and we collectively played DDR. it was hilarious. heather did one on her own, too. but i didn't, not with that many people in the room.
after roomie and i left their room, we went out on the hill behind the cafeteria, laid down, and looked at the stars and talked for like half an hour. it was a good time. i love looking at the stars. it was a kinda cloudy night, but there was a patch without clouds right above us.
then i came back here and studied for my bio test, but something happened [i don't even understand what....] and then i couldn't concentrate on my studying anymore. so i went to bed around 2:30.

today i got up at 8. i took my bio test at 9, and it was ok. i'm hoping for a C... then i took a shower. now i'm doing nothing. well i'm listening to a new rk song. :) then i'm gonna go to intro to swk, sign language, then davis and i are going to lunch, either at chipotle [GROSS] or sheetz. then i'll be around until 6:15 or so, then I'M GONNA LEAVE FOR A WEEKEND AT CAMP!!!! i need a break so much right now...

i shaved a chunk of skin off my leg while shaving on saturday night, that was a good time... it bled for a good 20 minutes. fun times.... lol

sunday i got up, got ready for church, then went with KT, kim, and lydia. lyle sat with us. it was good, i like first mennonite. after the service, lyle left, and the rest of us stayed for sunday school. the class was ok, but we went to the adult class cuz there's no college class. then we stayed for the carry-in meal. :) it was good stuff.
sunday afternoon i procrastinated a lot on my paper. i watched a lot of movies on abc family, played donkey kong a bit, called my rochelle, and basically did nothing for awhile. lol. then i took a disk and went in kim and rachel's room to write my paper (while taping singin in the rain on tcm, yay!!) since i couldn't concentrate in here. that worked well, and it didn't take me long to write my paper. so i went out in the living room and laid down on the couch to watch the last 45 minutes or so of singin in the rain, and the next thing i know, the movie is over and i had been asleep for half an hour.... lol. then we watched 'celeste in the city' ("we" being me, kim, rachel, jessie, and heather after she got back from golf). i love that movie. i love abc family movies in general. they're my favorite. :) i think i just hung around after that, not doing much. i watched an andrew lloyd webber special on pbs from 11pm-1am. it was amazing. tony vincent (who plays simon peter in the newer movie of JCS) sang a song as judas, and wow.... AMAZING, i think i'm in love. <3 then i went to bed.

i'll finish after class. i have lit in society, then walking for health... oh the joy....

friday i lost my work study [or rather, found out i never had it in the first place...], cried a lot, went to classes, hung out and did nothing, played dutch blitz with kim, jessie, and jessie's sister jen, went to starbucks with kelli [yay!], hung out with kelli for awhile, ali came, ali cut my hair [and she did it outside at night and couldn't see well, and now its short and i don't like it, but when do i ever like my hair??], then they left and heather and i watched kung pow [wow... that was a really STUPID movie.... lol] and then i did nothing and then i watched extreme days with jessie and her sister. then i was gonna go to bed, and joe IMed me and told me what not to wear was on, so then i stayed up till 2 to watch that. then i went to bed

today: my mom called at 8:20 to tell me tim's cross country meet started at 9, but i didn't get out of bed. i just listened to her leave the message and then went back to sleep. then i woke up at 10 when heather's alarm went off, and realized that i'd SLEPT IN, cuz i didn't set my alarm last night. so i threw on some clothes and went out to where the CC meet was, to find out that not only had i missed division III boys running, leetonia had already left. :( :( :( :( i'd been talking about this meet and how excited i was to see my little brother for a few weeks. i told like everyone. and then i missed it. :( i ate lunch with brit, her brother, and a friend of his, then i came back here. i was going to start my paper, but i never did. ali came over around 4:45 or so, and we played diddy kong until like 5:20, and then left for kelli's. kelli's mommy made us steak and potatoes for dinner.... oh it was yummy. mmmmmmmmmmmm. :) then they brought me back here and i did nothing. i was so extremely bored. then heather and i headed over to heritage to hang out with her friend brett. we watched dumb and dumber and i crocheted. and talked to ermine for a bit. then i went to sheetz with heather, brett, reno, and dinky [??? i don't know... i think thats what he said, lol]. it was a good time. :)

now i'm gonna go shower, then get to bed. i'm going to first mennonite again with KT. kim and lydia are coming with us. lyle is going too, and maybe roger. :)

on the way back from that, they were flipping through songs on a cd, and 'only one' came on. i couldn't exactly be like "no we can't listen to this song". so i sat through it, and just looked out the window so no one could see that i was trying my hardest [and pretty much failing] not to cry. will i ever be better? every time i think i'm ok, i hear a song or something, and i crash down again. i wish that i was stronger. but i'm not. i'm weak, and i don't know how to deal with things on my own. i guess i'll learn tho...

yesterday... hmmm... it was tuesday... i got up, went to commons 1, ate lunch with brittany, made plans with her for a road trip (yay!!!!!!!!) to kentucky christian college in a few weekends, went to lit in society, went to walking and walked with my 'walking buddies' kirstin and jessica, worked 5-7, watched gilmore girls and one tree hill, went up to latenight, talked to kurt williams [yeah leetonia kids at malone!!! lol] and i forget if i did anything after that... i don't think i did. maybe i did? who knows.... lol

today i went to bio, pretty much failed the quiz, chapel, talked to old RA, got my yearbook, got a letter (yay!!!!!!!!!) from travis, opened it at the beginning of my intro class and proceeded to cry, went to sign language and had fun, as usual, listened to my answering machine message from rochelle, ate lunch, went to social sciences and didn't understand a single thing [but had fun messing around the whole class.... lol], went to target with chrissy, ate dinner, organized my stuff more via stuff i bought at target, went and saw a cinderella story [GOOD movie!!] with my favorite non-best friend brittany and my roommate, talked to my mom for a bit on the phone, went to muggswigz with matt, reno, joe, and john, went up to sarah and jenny's for a bit, hung out in chelsie, berta, maggie, and charity's room for awhile, made plans to eat breakfast at 9 [yikes!!!] with chelsie, read for my commons group meeting tomorrow, and now i'm heading to bed.... yay sleep! [i think a nap will be in order for tomorrow, seeing how i'm used to sleeping in till 11 on thursdays... lol]

wednesday he gets on plane, flies to germany, and stays there for 7 months. travis...the person who's pretty much been my closest friend this past year. the person that i go to with pretty much every problem. yeah he's leaving... i'm so excited for him, its gonna be awesome. but he's leaving... i guess i'm just terrified of being left behind. he's going to germany with ben, paul, brian, and i don't even know who else. they're gonna have amazing experiences, and i'm just afraid that i'm going to be forgotten in the meantime.

i just have to hold on to thoughts such as this...

so i'm gonna get back into actually posting in this thing... i basically haven't since i've been back at school. things have been crazy.

this past saturday i headed down to mount vernon nazarene university with reno and joe [aka gnome]. it was a good time. i hung out with ali and becca most of the time i was there. i didn't hang out with travis as much as i would have liked [seeing how he's leaving for germany in 2 days], but i still got to see him for a bit, which was cool. 2B and tim were there too. i heart my friends. :)
we got there while subseven was playing, and i didn't go listen to them at all. i did watch kids in the way, however, and i really like them. staple i'm not a huge fan of, but i watched most of the concert. i ended up running around doing random things during the swift, and only caught their last few songs. i really wish i had stayed to hear more, cuz they were amazing from what i heard. i ended up going back up front for everyday sunday, and they were really good too. then i stayed up front for the elms and pillar, the 2 bands that i was actually there to see. they were both good. the crowd at pillar made me sad, but other than that it was a good concert.
afterwards, reno joe and i headed back here. on the way i managed to run over one live animal and one pre-dead one and hit a few bugs, but i did avoid the deer, lol. we stopped at IHOP in massillon and ate, then came back here. i went to bed pretty much right away, cuz i was tired.

yesterday KT and i headed out to first mennonite here in canton for church. it was brian's last sunday in the US, and we wanted to see him. we both really liked it. we're gonna go again next sunday [although the carry-in meal they're having might have something to do with that... haha]. after church and sunday school, jean [brian's mom] invited us to their house for pizza and to hang out, so we went and hung out with brian, lee martin, and sylvia hooley. it was a good time. lee caught a ride back to malone with me and KT. he's a funny guy.
after that i just kinda hung out. i watched about 2 and a half hours of saved by the bell cuz i really wanted to get it finished, lol. so now i've watched the entire first 2 seasons of saved by the bell. :) then jessie, kim, heather, and i watched peter pan. the old school one with mary martin. it was a good time. :) then i did my social sciences homework for like 2 HOURS... NOT a good time... it was so horrible. then i went to bed.

today i got up, got dressed, went to human bio, went to chapel, read for intro all during chapel, went to intro, went to sign langauge, ate lunch with heat[h]er and chrissy, lindsay and i gave heat[h]er and melissa the 'abnormal children' award, then i hung out with them in heat[h]er and melissa's room for awhile.

now i'm on the phone with my mom

mat gave ali his password to his xanga tonight. ali proceeded to change his password, give the new one to me, then she changed the colors and wrote a new post. i changed the picture. oh its a good one...

today i went out to my car and got the clear shoe box out of my trunk, and then i brought it in here and i put things in it. everything that i looked at that made my eyes well up when i looked at it got put in that box.

its a good thing to do, but it just makes it feel so final. like maybe it was all just pretend, or a bad dream, until now. now i look around and the pictures are gone, and his phone number isn't taped to the side of my computer anymore. the card he gave me last week isn't sitting on my desk, and i threw away the empty bag of sour patch kids thats been sitting on my printer [that bag came with the card, i found them in my bookbag in the middle of a class].
i think one of the hardest things will be my room at home. there's a lot of stuff that i didn't bring with me, and i'm not looking forward to being in my room back home anytime soon.

off to dinner [and hopefully some laughter] with molly, jenny, and sarah!

i got to spend a weekend in virginia with SARAH!! :) it was AWESOME!!! oh goodness i loved the mountains a lot. :) it was so much fun!!!



yeah cooking!!! i spent the weekend at brian schlabach's house with erin gotwals, and we made/served an amazing meal of chicken stir fry and rice, garlic bread, watermelon, carrot cake [with cream cheese icing, of course], and iced tea. it was so good, and we had a blast making it. :)

during music camp, rochelle and i read sense and sensibility outloud. it was great. then we watched the movie together a few weeks later. the book was much better, but the movie was really good too :)

saturday mom dad and i ate at quizno's and got gas in salem (and mom paid for all of that cuz i'm a sad broke little girl), then we got to malone. we brought in all my stuff (minus a big box of movies which is still MIA, a few days later, ahhhhh). the boy scouts were there helping carry stuff in, lol. mom and i got in some weird fight (she took something i said jokingly completely the wrong way and stormed out of my room). so that was a great way to start off my second year here at malone.
chrissy and i went over to the bookstore and bought books, mine were $315, and i borrowed like 5 books from chrissy. don't want to think about what it would have been if i hadn't borrowed books from her... wow. i get to return one of them thats worth like 12.50, lol. i'm gonna be RICH!
i unpacked some, and lets see... what else happened on saturday? ohh! i know! cassie came out, so i walked all over campus visiting people, then went to a movie with her, est, molly, lindsay, and shelli. we saw dodgeball, and laughed a lot, lol. i don't think anything happened after that. i think i just came back here and hung out.

sunday i slept in till 10:30 or so. that was nice. :) then i unpacked more, then ate lunch. hmmm... then what? oh i know. i went to wal-mart with my roommate, her friend jacob, and his roommate josh. that was a good time. :) we went to walmart, furniture max (haha) and old navy. then after we got back, janson came over after awhile.
we went visiting on campus, and were in every dorm except PGB and haviland, lol. we ended up in kasey and jared's room for like an hour, which was hilarious. i had to pee while i was there, so i made jared go in and lock the door that led to reno and jason's room, and then after i got done, they wouldn't let me out. they'd locked the door from the outside and i was locked in. heat[h]er came over for awhile, and then janson and i went over to her dorm for a bit later. joe was trying to a shelf together, and janson tried to help him, and heat[h]er and i just laughed at them.

so work study kinda sucks, and i don't think i'm gonna be able to get an off campus job because of it. but here's my schedule (classes and work study) for the semester...

--clean the junk out of my car
--vaccuum the dog hair out of my car
--finish packing my clothes
--bring my computer downstairs
--bring my tv downstairs (well first remove all clothing and whatnot from it, its been a coat hanger these past couple weeks)
--finish packing in general, cuz i haven't really started
--oh and clean the inside of my moms windshield

well i'm a bit behind i guess...

work on monday was fun, as i started to say. rayford makes me laugh a lot. even when he pushes me down and i fall on my butt. i named the air freshener in my car after him. its a naked tiki man that smells like coconut, and is now named rayford. lol.
i don't remember much else. we trained kevin. he's cool, but i feel like i have a shadow when i work with him. oh i fell down when i was talking to him. i was back doing dishes, and i was trying to hurry, and slipped in the water on the floor and fell, on my butt. i've never fallen at work before, and then i fell twice in one night... lol

i already posted about picking up my parents from the station that night.


tuesday i slept from 6-11am, then i got up cuz mom came home on her lunch break and we took my car down to 344 tire, then i stayed up for little while. i ended up going back to bed from like 1:30-3:30pm cuz i was still freaking tired.
we picked up my car that night on my way to work (mom dropped me off), its so nice to have a fully working car again. the brakes actually WORK, its so weird!! lol
then i worked 8-close. ashley makes me laugh. it was an ok night.

yesterday i started packing. well i finished reading my book first (reunion). it was so sad.... i bawled my way through it. but it was really good. then i talked to some people online, almost bought tickets to a bleach concert, but forced myself not to (its on saturday and theres basically no way that i can make it work, *sniff*) and THEN i started packing. around 6, the phone rang. caller id said mcdonalds, so i almost didn't answer, lol. but i did, and it was sean. he'd talked rayford into staying till close so that i didn't have to come in at all (woohoo!!!!) so i talked to him for a bit, then i drove tim up to canfield. we listened to brian regan on the way. :) then i went back to packing when i got home. i really didn't get much done, lol. but i have a couple boxes. (2 of them were still packed from may, lol, but that doesn't matter...)
my suite had a chatroom going last night. well 4 of us did. it was hilarious. this year is gonna be so funny. :) ski masks. thats all i have to say... :)
OH!! and my wonderful roommate told me our phone number, once again, since i didn't write it down last time. as of saturday, my phone number will be: 330-588-7564. use it!! :)

today i got up around 10:30, and i started laundry. as soon as thats done (which might be awhile, cuz i'm doing everyone's laundry) i'm gonna pack my clothes. and i work 4-close tonight. thats about it.
