so, despite what everyone said, i liked the village. it might not have been the thriller that previews on tv made it out to be, but there were definitely a few parts that scared the crap out of me in there. and the twist in it was awesome. i think there were sorta 2 twists. tim and i were talking about that on the way back.
altogether, we were gone for like 5 hours. we went to the bank and to marcs before hand (i had to drop off film), then to the movie, then on the way back we went to taco bell, stopped and got ice cream (and ended a very sad chapter of my life... *sniff*), waved at george, got gas, and went to walmart.
we hadn't been gone very long when someone knocked on the front door. i opened it, and it was maryea, with faith. i hadn't seen them since my graduation party. oh my goodness, faith is so big!! she's a year and 5 months old, and its crazy how big she is!! she saw my car in the driveway, and stopped to say hi. she was on her way up to valerie's (i just typed stark, but i guess her last name is mangus now, huh?) house, so i went with her. it was so weird to be hanging out with a married valerie with a son, and maryea with her daughter. and plus, maryea said that they were inducing labor on april tonight, so hopefully all went well in the birth of david. :)
i hung out there for an hour or so, then i walked back here and called jenny. she came over, tim made the peach cobbler out of a box that mom left for us, and then we went to video safari (or rather, movie gallery) in columbiana and got 13 going on 30 (really good), intolerable cruelty (really strange), and chasing liberty. we watched the first 2 tonight. i'm gonna watch chasing liberty tomorrow probly. or sometime.
i also took out janson's blanket. i didn't like it. i'm starting it over again. (oh come on, y'all knew i was gonna do it eventually, i do it every time i make something!!!)
jenny and i are going to VDO in austintown on saturday. yay!!
my day off was good! too bad tomorrow i have to go back to work... :( i really need to start packing for school sometime, too.
