i was clearing my wall of pictures off earlier tonight, and i found one in particular that made me laugh...
preteen camp, 2002. me, elizabeth, hannah, and laney worked in the kitchen for breakfast the first day in our swimsuits. with an apron tied in front, and an apron tied in back. that was priceless... good picture. good memory.
now back to studying... :(

janson came and got me around 10. we went to his dad's and talked for awhile, got stuff figured out. everything is ok there. :) i love him so much... he's so good to me. i don't know what i would do without him. i'm so thankful that i have him in my life!!!!!!!!

i've really been a slacker about updating this... but i've been freaking busy.
monday
worked on my english portfolio during and after personal finance, cut out a few fun pictures of a gnome for friends :), skipped comp 2 cuz i found out that one of my finals was the next day, finished my 10 page paper that i had deleted, wrote my art and music paper, typed up a study guide for new testament, went to jansons, went to giant eagle and starbucks with janson, watched cry-baby at jansons house (yay i love that movie!!! it definitely reminds me of daela, back in the day!), and talked with him for awhile. then i proceeded to lock myself out of my dorm, around 3 in the morning. the security guards wouldn't let me in without waking up my RD, so i was just gonna stay at jansons. after much drama and such, krystian bender ended up still being awake and she let me in.
tuesday
after about 3 and a half hours of sleep, i went to art and music. studied for new testament during it. fell asleep for an hour and a half after it. typed up my essay, studied some more, then took my final. i think i got a B on it, which is ok with me. i took another semi-nap in the afternoon, but mostly just did nothing. later that night, like at 11, janson came and surprised me (he told me he was feeling sick, and like 10 minutes later is outside my window throwing pebbles at it---and if you know me, you know that that was really sweet of him to do) and we went to taco bell. we hung out in the barn for awhile, until i had the worst mood swing known to man, and almost ruined the only really good thing that i have in my life (ie my relationship with janson). i'm not gonna get into that, cuz i'm still really really upset about it. i got about 4 hours of sleep last night.
today
went to personal finance, came back and finished my paper, went to lunch with my homeschooler and weed whacker (sp?), and reno, nick, sara v, krystian, and a guy i don't really know named chris. then i went to comp and turned in my paper and picked up my portfolio. now i'm going to sleep until my 2 o clock class, because i'm so drained. i was so stressed this week, so between that, getting about 8 hours total sleep the entire week so far, and being so emotionally drained last night (completely and totally my fault....), i'm exhausted. i'm going to sleep. then going to class. and then going back to sleep....

more tangents.... cuz i'm going crazy.
i want some cheetos. all i really want is a freaking bag of cheetos. tessa ate caryn's, and i was like "yum cheetos!" so i go out to the machine to buy myself a bag.... AND THERE AREN'T ANY!!! i just stood in front of the machine, staring in disbelief. so i settled for some chex mix. and fritos. fritos rhyme with cheetos!! but somehow its just not the same. i think i'm going to make a big huge sign that says WILL WORK FOR CHEETOS and stand out on 62. or maybe 77. or maybe outside of giant eagle. cuz i really want some cheetos. i think i'm going to dream about cheetos tonight. and every other night. until i get some cheetos... poor little me and not having cheetos. *sigh*
and i'm not the only one going crazy!! my roommate is too... i get back from world civ, and she's sitting at her desk....with the drawer in her lap. she's like "is this supposed to happen??" i asked her how long it'd been like that, and she informed me she'd been sitting like that for half an hour. only caryn.... so she tries to put it back in, and then finds out that she broke off part of the desk. don't we all love her???

my mom came, we ate lunch here at malone, we went to the mall so i could exchange my shoes at hot topic, we went to see kelli and my mom bought a necklace, we went to best buy so i could get janson his b-day present, we went to milk and honey, then came back here and i packed up some stuff and put it in her van. then she left. i went to tessa's house for dinner with roomie, RA, chelsie, and charity and it was definitely a good time. her house is really awesome. its huge and wooden and its just great...
random tangent: tessa's parents have been married for 22 years. in those 22 years, they've never been apart for more than 8 days. and yet, they're still so in love. tessa says they make out in front of her friends. thats what i want. i want that kind of love some day. one of my biggest fears is being my parents... tessa and i talked about it on the way back from her house in her sweet car with caryn sleeping in the backseat. it was a good talk, with some good dashboard playing in the background. :) its kinda weird that we never really talked to her last semester, and now caryn's rooming with her next year. its good tho, i'm glad that we got to know her.
anyway... we had a suite meeting after that, cuz rachel was on campus. the 6 of us sat in chrissy's room and talked and such. next year should be a good'un. :)
then i hung out here for awhile, and then went to bed.
friday
got up around 10:30 or so, had a library date with cass to do our english, went to lunch with heat[h]er, went to world civ, took a shower and did other stuff, then went to janson's. we hung around there, went to blimpie's, hung around there, played the sims, watched part of the wedding singer, until i dropped. then i went to sleep.
saturday
didn't sleep well, off and on all night it seemed. my back hurt for some reason. i don't remember what time i got up. janson and i finished watching the wedding singer, and i don't remember what else.... lol. we went out to see his dad in the afternoon. i had never met his dad before, so i was really nervous, but it was ok. then we got taco bell and headed back to his house. we watched some of the first season of the chapelle (sp?) show. entertaining... i don't remember what else... lol. i went to bed around 3 or so.
today
i woke up around 11:30, janson came in his room, laid down in his bed, and proceeded to go back to sleep until about 2:15. in that time, i wrote a paper, hung out with josh and jake, and watched like an episode and a half of punk'd. we watched punk'd some more after janson woke up, then got some food. then watched an episode of stargate. he's only seen the movie, pilate episode, and one episode after that.... slacker!! :) hmmm what next? i don't remember. i played the sims for awhile by myself. then at 10 we watched 'brave new girl' on abc family because i wanted to see it. i love abc family original movies. :) i also downloaded a freaking crapload of oldies songs. i have 2 cds that i burned over there of 25 oldies each... and thats not nearly all!! lol. i'm a freeloader of janson's kazaa...

so the concert last night?? yeah it was awesome. we only got a little lost on the way. and that was probly my fault... lol. i didn't really like the first band, sleeping at last, but the second band, the format, was pretty good. yellowcard? freaking awesome. wow. yeah. it was awesome. :) we stayed for maybe half of something corporate, and then we decided to go. janson wanted to beat the traffic, and the environment (keep in mind i'm a little sheltered mennonite girl who had never been to a concert that wasn't christian before, lol) was starting to get to me, so i didn't mind. i like something corporate and everything, but seeing yellowcard was enough for me. :) we went to denny's when we got back cuz we were hungry, and then i got back here around 1 and in bed around 1:30.
now i'm gonna start going through stuff, cuz my momma's gonna be here soon and she's bringing boxes!!!

ok so anyway...
we delivered christmas's lunch to her through her window. that was a good time. :)
then i slacked off and did nothing for a few hours. watched tv. talked online. cleaned up my stuff in the room. talked to my fiance justin. lol. skipped dinner cuz i didn't feel like walking up there.
ali came out around 6:45 and we left to go see mystic river at the dollar theater. we missed the first couple minutes (as usual. we're always late to movies.. lol) it was the first time i'd ever seen an R rated movie in a theater. lol. i'm such a dork. i'm 19, and i finally see one... i mean i've seen them before, just not in the theater. anyway. it was a pretty good movie. a little creepy in some parts, but good.
so ali and i get back to malone after our forray into the real world. we notice reno playing volleyball. so we sit in ali's car and make fun of him. then, when it starts to freaking POUR DOWN RAIN, we decide, "hmmm lets get out of the car now!" so ali joins the volleyball game, and tracey stands and watches. for about 15 minutes. i was so wet and cold and my bladder was full, but it was much fun. :)
now i'm off to go slack some more... cuz thats what i'm best at!! :)

janson picked me up, we hung out at his house and did the usual (watching tv and playing the sims, haha).
saturday
mom and dad came out to malone around 1:30 to pick us up, and we headed to amish door in wilmot to meet my grandparents and aunts and uncles from various sides of the family for my birthday. that was ok. nothing really embarrassing happened, lol, so thats good. janson survived meeting my family. so after that, dad made come comment, and we ended up going to visit some relatives on his side. we went to his cousin elma's house, but she wasn't there (that was sad. i haven't seen elma since my graduation party!!). so we went over to my dad's uncle levi's house, and talked to him and my dad's aunt edna for a bit. it was just amusing to me, cuz janson has lived in canton all his life, and seeing him sitting in an amish household.. yeah it just made me laugh. :) after that we just went back to his house. saturday night, i was really hot, and decided to go outside. it was like after midnight, and here i am, outside on the trampoline by myself... lol. janson came out after a bit, and we stayed out till it started to rain too hard to be out. it was really cool though. it was so cool outside compared to the hotness of janson's room.
sunday
woke up earlier than i wanted to, half-worked on my paper (but mostly just downloaded music and such on janson's kazaa, lol). i spent most of the morning/early afternoon in front of the computer. we went to get chicken teryiaki (sp?? i have no idea... lol) at the mall, and i bought a new pair of chucks (bright green! yay! not delight-green. just bright green. lol). while at the mall, i saw amelia miller in hot topic (yay!!!) and i saw sara my love!!! i haven't seen her for a reeeeeally long time!! :) then we went to milk and honey. yummmm. :) while at the mall, i saw amelia miller in hot topic (yay!!!) and i saw sara my love!!! i haven't seen her for a reeeeeally long time!! :) we went back to his house, where i wrote more paper while we watched the extended version of robin hood prince of thieves that i got for my birthday. i love that movie!! :)
today
personal finance was boring. as usual.
chapel was ok. parts of it were really good, and parts of it sucked. only one chapel left!
lunch after chapel is always good.
now i'm going to tear myself away from listening to rod stewart :) and go to composition... yippee...
